This hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the main attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities like a TV, fridge, and wardrobe. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to accommodate special dietary needs for breakfast. The view from the rooftop is also worth mentioning, providing a beautiful perspective of the surroundings.
There was some mold in the bathroom and shower, which could be improved for a more pleasant stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Palermo. the location was perfect, as it was quite close to the train station and the old city center. Being close to the main attractions was a huge plus. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were sufficient and I especially appreciated having a window, unlike the rooms without windows that I had stayed in previously. And of course, the highlight was the breakfast with views of Palermo, which was a delightful start to the day.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.
